I was attracted to this sculpture because of its scary eyes and the sinister look. Its strong cherub features adds to the sinister look, and so does the mischievous and young look it seems to have which freaked me and Alissha out a little but also drew our attention.

Freaky thing things attracting your attention
Throughout history we have been attracted to freaky things. We find ourselves draw to freaky things. No matter how hard we don’t want to stare, we are intrigued to know more about them and see why they are different to us. This happen a lot in the Victorian age. Some examples would be:
• The Elephant man
• Bearded ladies
• Freak shows
